In this episode, I sit down with my goddaughter, Kennedy Little, a passionate advocate for food justice, environmental sustainability, and intentional choices that create a more just world. Kennedy is a liberator—believing in a world where every creature, both humans and animals, are free from exploitation and oppression.

From choosing to stop eating meat at a young age to working with The Food Empowerment Project, Kennedy has dedicated herself to raising awareness about how our everyday choices impact both people and the planet. As the founder of Evergreen, a student-led organization focused on environmental and social justice, she works to educate and empower others to think critically about sustainability and equity.

We discuss the challenges of food access and fashion and how small, intentional choices can drive meaningful change. This conversation is personal, powerful, and eye-opening. Tune in for an inspiring discussion on the impact of our choices and how we can all be a part of the solution! 🎙️✨
